Here you can find some of our frequently asked questions about ticketing, the show, concessions and our policies.

Ticketing Questions

  • Children 2 and under are free when held on laps

  • Tickets can be redeemed at the door either on your phone or can be printed.

  • Will Call tickets are redeemed in the same line

  • All sales of tickets are final, there are no refunds.

  • With availability we can switch dates up to 48 hours before the performance. Contact the email on this page for more information.

  • Sometimes we work with community sponsors and print ‘Free Kid's Tickets’ (FKT) and place them in the sponsors’ businesses. If you see these, please follow the directions on the ticket.

    • You must bring the FKT with you.

    • Each FKT must be accompanied by a full price adult ticket bought from our website.

Upon Arrival

  • We are a small show and therefore only have one line for all of our ticketing. We will process you as quickly as we can and get you into the show. We recommend arriving about 30-40 minutes ahead of showtime to see our preshow and get situated in your seats.

  • We like to respect everyone’s time as we know you have lives, and full ones at that, outside of our circus so we endeavor to start each show on time. Please be on time (5 minutes early is awesome!)

General Questions

  • We do not allow outside food or beverage

  • There is No Smoking in the tent

  • There are no pets allowed in the tent with the exception of licensed service animals. We follow the Federal ADA rules regarding service animals. You can read them here.

Strollers

  • Strollers are not allowed in the tent due to fire code enforcement. We do have a stroller parking area outside the venue.

Photos and Video

  • Photos and Video are highly encouraged. You can share them with us using the hashtag #circuskirkus or tag us on Facebook and Instagram with @circuskirkusshow

ADA Accessability

  • All levels of our seating are ADA Accessible.

food and drink

  • No outside food or beverages are allowed in the tent. We have many options available for purchase inside the venue.

  • We do not sell peanuts at the show (for we have no elephants to feed them to).

  • Concessions generally provided at our show:

    • Popcorn - Gluten and dairy free

    • Cotton Candy - Gluten and dairy free

    • Snow cones - Gluten and dairy free

    • Pretzels - Dairy Free

Parking

  • Parking varies from city to city, so please check your ticketing email from us. It will provide appropriate parking instructions.
